The Yangtze River

Once again an overnight train and a public bus took us to the dock where our boat was waiting for us. We spent 3 days and 2 nights on the boat and travelled roughly 100 miles with a few little stop offs along the way to a few small towns. As I had never been on any type of cruise before I really didn’t know what to expect, but I can definitely say I don’t think P&O cruises are at any threat of competition! With warped walls and floors that resembled a fun house corridor, showers that only became luke warm once the boat has been running for 3 hours and probably the worst food I had in China (which is saying ALOT) moral seemed to drop a little at first but after getting used to it, it all become more of a laugh between us all and actually ended up being another one of my top experiences of my whole trip!

Had a small stop off at a village and rented these things for a few hours
